How does one enjoy Limoncello?!
Answers: My mom and I bought a bottle of Limoncello in Italy a while ago and we're thinking of opening it soon. Which is the best way to drink it and enjoy it?
A shot sipped slowly is all you need to do. Very simple. :-)
Limoncello is traditionally served chilled as an after dinner digestivo. Along the Amalfi Coast, it is usually served in small ceramic glasses themselves often chilled, the Amalfi coast being a center of both ceramic and limoncello production.

Otherwise, if you wait until summer, pour it over italian lemon ice as an excellent desert on a hot day.
You know it is really sweet & sour a little tough on it's on.
Not only can you drink it but you can bake and cook with it!

I also used it to flavor some simple syrup (equal parts sugar and liquid brought to a simmer), which I then brushed on a pound cake dessert with fruit and lemon mousse. My co-workers loved it!
