Great Value Whiskey?!
Answers: Much like Wal*Mart's Dr. Thunder is to Dr. Peper. Is Evan William's to Jack Daniel's and Seven Crown to Crown Royal. I know that the "Great Value" versions aren't quite as good, but still, wouldn't you all agree that they are pretty similar?
i would defiantly agree with you because i wondered the same thing but kno one tried all the kind i tried so they couldnt help me.
yea, but whey are you looking for value in whiskey? a good quality alcohol is well worth the price. every time.. just my opinion
just buy the cheap shiz and pour it in a Jack Daniels bottle. Your head won't hurt any less in the morning!
Well, they r the same in that they will all get u drunk...other than that No!
r u encouraging people to drink whiskey?
I like Robin Williams' old line: "Thunderbird Wine, ah, it was a very good week!"
It depends on your palate and how educated it is. It also depends on what you want the whisky for: for its taste, aroma, body, character, or to get royally buzzed/blitzed/snookered.
I don't drink whisky myself, preferring a mildly chilled Sam Adams Brown Ale. Cheers!
McCormic is about the cheapest whisky I've found. And after the first drink it boils down to whether I have any money left in my pocket or not.
One of my best whisky memories was a bootleg brand labeled "Mr. Ed". It had a smileling horse head. Bought a case from a friend who met a bootlegger at a bar once 20 years ago, never saw the brand again.
similar yes! but i'd recommend old grandad cause it has better flavor distilled maybe a year/ like name brands. house brand usaul distiiler maybe 6 month period, sweeter than Jack or Knob creek.
