How long does white wine last til it goes bad?
If i'm using it for cooking and its been in the fridge?
Answers:
For cooking you can go about 2 weeks to a month, for drinking 1 week (if you store it correctly), and I am assuming it is already opened.
If it isn't opened 3-5 years.
I wouldn't use it if it were in there for over 2-3 weeks for cooking, if I were you.
The fact is any wine you cook with should be wine you'd drink. So ideally that wine was uncorked no more than a couple days days ago.
