Do Pennsylvania strip clubs allow smoking?!

Question:

Do Pennsylvania strip clubs allow smoking?

I'm specifically wondering about Pittsburgh. If they do, is it generally only in the bar areas?

Answers:
As of right now, any establishment that allows smoking can still do so. The smoking ban in Allegheny County was to take effect this week, but 14 hours after it started, the ruling was temporarily put on hold. The state courts put this hold on the ban because of the smoking ban exemption given to the casinos being built. However, I do not frequent strip clubs, so as to if and where you can smoke is beyond me. Even if the ban is reinstated, businesses with less than 10 employees and less than 10% in revenue from food sales are exempt. The only establishments who have received these waivers are in the link below:

But, for now, smoking is still permitted in Allegheny County at least until a final decision is met. But, like I said, this would depend on the establishment and I can not help you with that information. I am sure they allow it, but I am unaware of any restrictions placed. There are probably different restrictions at every club.

THEY MUST if they allow STD-infested whores to be ridden.

Well that all depends because of the no smoking act that just happened some mayors are making there towns or cities no smoking it is up to the state to choose if it wants to go smoking or not smoking but ive been to places where they didnt allow smoking at all and ive been to places where they just do it in certain areas and others ive seen you can smoke where ever you want. it all really comes down to the owner of the place you gatta understnad one thing that if the go non smoking on there property they get a nice kickback at hte end of the year from the federal government so it all depends on who wants the tax rightoff
