80 Hour Alcohol Testing Question *!*!*!?!
Answers: I am in an Intensive Outpatient Program. I am not in it for drinking alcohol. They test us sometimes on an "80hour alcohol test" i should have 60hours clean by the time i take my next test, i had 5-8 shots of vodka, i have a fast metabolism. Can they really detect it accurately if i only had a small amount to drink or should i be worried? I think they just say they have 80hour tests to intimidate us not to drink, and i think if they do have they you need to drink a considerable amount to test positive like a 24pack or a 1/5 of liquor. Any feedback would be great. Thanks
No way. Not a chance of the test being positive. After 60 hours you will have no alcohol left in your system whatsoever. Maybe trace amounts but nothing that would fail any kind of breath/urine/blood test.
Even if you downed a case or a fifth it wouldn't show up.
Definitely depends on your body and the time that it takes to metabolizet he alcohol. Alcohol tends to get out of people's systems faster than other drugs.
Im not sure if they use the same test but im on probation and the piss tests only work for like twelve hours ater the fact unless you were really hamered the linke 24 max. The mouth swab tests might work for a bit longer but the reall long term stuff does'nt sound so feasible because if you took nyquil like an hour before your test you would have as much alcohol in your system as you would if you drank ten beers two days ago... so unless they use very complex (ETG) tests which are very expensive you should be fine.
It took a piss test for probation once and failed it because the nasal spray i used 2 days before showed up as speed in my system.
