Miller Highlife and Pabst Blue Ribbon, was it good enough for grandpa, is it good enough for you?!

Question: LOL I've drank Pabst out of a keg and it was definitely drinkable for the price. However, Miller Highlife is disgusting.

Only if I can't find Blatz or Carling Black Label...

gross.i drink pbr at shows when its $1 cup only because its cheap

i prefer arrogant bastard double bastard pyramid hefe and blue moon

My grandpa who just passed away ONLY drank Pabst Blue Ribbon, and no one else could stomach it. Everyone in our family always had 3 cans of PBR on hand, because my grandpa would bring a six pack to every family gathering and drink three. At his funeral, we all cracked open a PBR in his honor, and I realized that it was actually quite good.

I actually love Miller Highlife - after all, it IS the Champagne of beers!

Look man all american beers taste like crap any way. So you might as well save a few dollars buy the cheap stuff and get your drink on. Only reason people by from the big three brewers is because of advertising they tell us it's "GOOD"!!

Pabst Blue Ribbon recently won a Gold Medal at the Great American Beer Festival in the 'American-Style Lager' category. GABA is the premiere beer competition in the United States, so you have to believe that there's some credibility to the award.

Miller High Life, however, is less heralded (and less deserving of any awards). While tolerable, it's hardly as flavorful of a beer as Pabst Blue Ribbon.

These are low end beers. I remember drinking both back in college, Pabst being the better of the two. There are much better beers out there but of course they are more pricey.
