What is your hang over cure?!


Question: I love a milkshake, but it is snowing. I love snow. Though, my car sucks in the snow! I need new tires!
So no hang over cure for me, But I am cool!

Well, I don't know about a cure, but I have a sure-fire way to prevent one...First of all, make sure you have a high carb meal BEFORE you start drinking. It doesn't have to be a big meal, just as long as its starchy. And, when you're out drinking, make sure to drink one glass of water for every alcoholic drink you have. When I go out with my friends, we always keep a pitcher of ice water on the table to drink too. You still get your buzz with the alcohol, but you also keep yourself hydrated. Dehydration is the main cause of hangover.

Before you go to bed take two Tylenol (with another big glass of water) and you'll be good as new in the morning.

Dont drink and you wont have a hang over

Hey, Be sure to have Tomato Juice around BEFORE you go out drinking. Plus, try to drink a glass(as much of this as you can), while eating a banana.

Hangovers are caused by two things, dehydration and a shortage of potassium. Drink lots of water or water based drinks for the dehydration and for the potassium shortage chop a banana into slices, drop it into half a pint of milk, and add a spoonful of honey if you have some. Blend together in a blender and drink. Apart from being delicious it will get rid of your hangover in about 20 minutes. Next time you have a night out drink a pint of water before going to bed.

I try to take a Vitamin B before a long night out and then one again in the morning.... Vitamin B is one of the things your body becomes depleted of when metabolizing alcohol....Runny eggs are also good b/c they provide a good and quick source of protein....

More alcohol!

I sleep late and then eat a greasy breakfast. Not the healthiest but it works for me.

Lots of sleep! Once you finally wake up, drink a couple of tall glasses filled with Pepsi or Coca Cola.
