If restaurants had drug testing they wouldn't be able to fill all their positions. You will never be drug tested at a restaurant.
Most blue collar low paying jobs do drug testing.
I've found that the only jobs that typically don't do drug testing are ones that you'd have to have a college education for. I guess they figure if you went to college that you got all the drug-taking out of your system before you grauated. lol
a lot of chains do drug test. i worked at hooters and ruy tuesdays. both of them did.
They do not in the state of Oklahoma. However, California does. Go figure!!
It will depend on the job you are applying for and the state you are applying in. Now if they do test is is ussually just during the application process but not an ongoing thing.
