Red Wine or White Wine?!

Question: With Chicken Parmesan?

Answers: With Chicken Parmesan?

Oh, good question.. Chicken is usually served with white wine, but since you are doing it with a red sauce and cheese, you may enjoy it much more with red wine.

Definitely go for a really nice red wine!

I suggest Brindisi !

Red, especially if it has tomato sauce.

Go with a chianti.

Yup, Chianti would be good, or maybe a Merlot or Pinot Noir...

A really nice Merlot would make the meal.

Technically... Red. Red sauce = Red Wine. But the real answer is which ever you like best. If you aren't a big fan of reds pairing it with the proper food won't change that.

I say drink it all, double fist your wine glasses and experiment. YAY Science.

Drink whichever one you like better.

definately red. i would pair a nice sangiovese or chianti with it because of the red tomato sauce you are serving with it. that is a very hearty dish that can stand up to the red wine. Try silverado or luna vineyards sangiovese or Ruffino Chianti.

If you really want white, try a pinot grigio or maybe a sauvignon blanc.
