Any opinions on Maloney's Bar & Grill in Merced, CA?

It is O'Ryleighs now, though the awning outside still says Maloneys. It was bought by the owners of the Copper Rhino in Modesto. Michael Maloney owned the successful bar for years but sold it in January. I ran into him the other day and he seems happy to be out of the business.
I used to hang out at Maloney's and handled most of their liquor needs. I avoided Thursday nights, too crowded for me.
It was definetly the most popular hang in downtown, and the food was good as well.
O'Ryleighs started off slow (most new bars do) but seems to be picking up steadily, based on the size of thier liquor order. I anticipate they will do well.
