Alcohol amount??!
Answers: whats a good amount of alcohol to drink to relieve stress? don't tell me not to drink any I know what I'm doing. But how much should I drink I've never drank before but I don't want a horrible hangover
If you are going to drink, at least drink something good,
beer - any bud product taste like crap, so try something with flavor like a cider or lambic
alcohol - something fruity, you can mask the alcohol but don't drink to much all that sugar will hurt your stomach.
wine - something cheap, you don't want to buy expansive wine, buy something cheap and sip on it don't chug.
and drink water if you think you have drank to much.
"don't tell me not to drink..."
Sounds like you have all the answers.......but why not try to reduce stress without chemicals. Alcohol will make you feel better for a while, but not for long. Then, you're right back where you started.
I know.....you know better.....I know nothing.
if you've never drank before why start now----it is just a bad habit-------exercise and one or 2 beers is relaxing
One regular-sized drink should be enough. If you need more than that to relax, you have problems that drinking will only make worse. The proper setting will enhance the desirable effect. Turn off your phone, put on some music, and get comfortable. Take time to enjoy the look, aroma, and taste of whatever you're drinking. The goal is to get a pleasant buzz, not get staggering drunk. Pace yourself and pay attention to how the alcohol affects you.
A drink or two like this shouldn't cause a hangover unless you're super-sensitive to alcohol. Aids to not getting too drunk or suffering a hangover after include:
-don't drink on an empty stomach
-let the alcohol wear off a bit before going to bed
-drink water or fruit juice afterward
-take a good dose of B-vitamins and vitamin C after drinking
