Taft Street Pinot Noir?!
Answers: Has anyone ever had this wine before? I received a bottle as a gift and was wondering how it tastes and what to pair it with. Thanks!
I don't know that brand specifically, but Pinot Noir is a light wine that isn't very spicy. It would go well with a lighter, more delicate, dish. Maybe some seafood or a nice peice of red meat. Try not to use too spicy or bold of a sauce.
