I honestly hate the stuff.
But I heard a great one the other day. A guy at a bar orders a shot of tequila and said "without the training wheels" This meant no lime or salt. I got a laugh.

In a highball glass with a single ice cube to make it cool, not cold.
Shots are for crap liquor, not anything with a good flavor. I buy tequilas that I want to taste, not just get buzzed on.

In a snifter or rocks glass, no ice no salt no lime. And I usually drink a nice aged anejo, like El Tesoro or Herradura. Sauza is crap.
