honestly im not sure where to buy them but here are links that have the names and phone numbers to some liqour stores in California that do speacilize in beer

I checked 2 locations for the beer you are requesting in California. These are German stores at its highest degree. And both stores have never heard of Licher beer. But both places seem to be stocked in Authentic German Beer. Both store are very far from each other.
