What does 2 fingers mean?!
Answers: Saw it on alot of shows where when the guy is getting a drink he says something about 2 fingers. Tried to google it up but it can't get the right string. Please advise.
it is the measurement of a shot. lay 2 fingers along a glass...a shot

You put two fingers around the bottom of the glass, and pour in enough booze to reach the level of your top finger.
take a shot glass & put it on the table then set 2 fingers on the table next to the glass & only fill the glass to the hight of the fingers.

The idea is that it is the same as a 2 oz pour or a 2 oz shot. Both of which would be equal to height of your 2 fingers from the bottom of the glass.

it could mean the amount of head on a beer, the foam should be 2 fingers thick
