What is something good to mix with Parrot Bay Coconut Rum?!
Answers: I've only used Pineapple juice and am getting a little tired of just that.

Get crazy and start trying different fruit juices. My favorite is putting it in a blender with coconut milk, OJ and some ice and making a smoothie. Yum.

you can use Orange banana or any of the Tropicana juices
but i like it with orange juice with a splash or cranberry and a splash of pineapple
If you want a simple mixer try cranberry with a bit of orange or pink grapfruit
Coffee or hot chocolate.
I find the coconut rum to be a bit sweet so I just drink mine on ice.
I have tried it before with pineapple jiuce it was good, and have had it with cocnut water also.
Maybe try some ginger beer or a strong ginger ale for it.
Orange Juice, of course and basically any juice. Or in Pina Coladas. Try and move on to another rum or something. but it taste good by itself too. Try oj sprite and the rum or in sprite.

i like it up, chilled, with no mixer. it's delicious.
I actually like coconut rum on the rocks with sweetened lime juice.
Also good is coconut rum with coke and a squeeze of lime.
