Happy Holidays!!!

seltzer, tonic water, cranberry juice.

water.....duh!

I really like the lemonade or limeade frozen concentrate mixed with seltzer. It's simple, and really refreshing because it's not overly sweet.

Water or juice.

The calories in your alcohol are generally higher than what is in regular soda - you aren't saving much by going with diet soda.

Your better alternative is to not use mixed drinks, or to go with faux mixed drinks - OJ, seltzer water & a little grenadine tastes great and better for you. Or cranberry juice with seltzer or 7-up/slice.

It seems funny to me, with DUIs and web sites of candid photos of public drunkeness, you have no qualms about the substance abuse, but you are trying to ween yourself off of diet sodas. OK. I'll play along!

Please drive safely. The life you save may be mine!

Restaurants and bars have gone beyond soda water, soda pop, orange juice and Virgin Marys as alcohol-free selections.

In addition to stocking an ample supply of juices--grapefruit, cranberry and apple are among the most popular--they are offering delicious alcohol-free cocktails.

With a little ingenuity and some clever merchandising, these drinks can generate as much revenue as classic cocktails.

I think those juices would be a tasty and healthy altermative to pop in alcoholic mixed drinks too!

Leave the chemical concoction out of the drink.

club soda has zero calories, adds no flavor. I drink flavored vodkas with club soda, maybe a splash of juice.

Good drink is Absolute Ruby Red, little bit of fresca and club soda.

Also try Ocean Spray Ruby Red grapefruit juice in place of fresca.

You could mix your scotch with some more scotch. That's what I do.

I like to match a fruit flavored vodka with the same fruit flavor in a carbonated water.

Drink your drinks on the rocks or just straight. Regular ginger ale is good with just about anything. Good times!!!
