I have a Chyawanprash manufactured in 2001, but i forget to consume it due to some reasons.Can I take it now?!

dont consume it..it will consume you...though the ingredients like embilica officinalis, terminilia spp, tamarindus and other etc are herbal
dont take it..its just a matter of few buck on one hand and your life on the other...

never do that man even the best of preservatives go off in three years

As I know it doesnt expire. but as you consume, keep checking taste and smell to be safe.

Friend please check the expiry date mentioned in the manufactured pack. hope it might be expired. any ways please check with that.

Throw it out. Buy a new one

Check the Expiry so that you wont be an extint or become an expiry date with regds to Chyawanprash....

Please you should NOT take... its already 6 years old...

Its always better to be careful. Though chyawanprash is made from natural ingredients it does have preservatives like the first answerer said. So better dispose it off and buy a new one.
