Question:

Seriously, how do you deal with a hangover without drinking?

Answers:
There is this stuff in the LA market called Function Drinks Urban Detox...cures hangovers all the time. You still may feel a little off center, but you get rid of the headache and the stoamach issues.

Fried egg sandwich......LOVELY! Works every time. Might sound gag-worthy - but it works!

Dark room, aspirin, lots of water and some strong coffee or sometimes go for soda as the bubbles help.

I don't drink, but I've heard people claim that crackers are great.

lots of water and a greesy cheesburger..not sure why it works but it does.

Hangover is a result of dehydration you will want to drink a lot of water and take some aspirin.

I don't get hangovers, but I assume that's because I always drink a lot of water when I'm drinking.

Drink a shed-load of orange juice, or eat some oranges. Hangovers are a combination of dehydration (therefore you must take on fluids) and Vitamin C deficiency.

The other option is to eat some tomato soup with a slice of bread broken into it. The soup rehydrates and adds Vitamins, and the bread settles your stomach and adds carbohydrate to deal with the lethargy that always accompanies a heavy night.

A bottle of Irn Bru and a Roll with Fried egg

dont know...i'm drinking all the time...oh...btw....whats it like to be sober.....?

I dont get hangovers, but i think it is because i only drink when i have nothing to do the next day. This way i get to sleep it off - if you wake up 8 hours later & have a hangover for the next 2 try sleeping for 10 hours next time!

Water and anadin.

don't drink alcohol in the first place but if you must make sure you drink at least 1 pint of water be for bed and drink plenty in the morning

Before you go to bed after drinking, drink a litre of water and take 2 paracetomol and a strong vitamin c tablet, you won't even get a hangover. Honestly. I have been doing this for years now, and I haven't had one since. Think about it. It rehydrates you, cures the headache and takes away the general nastiness whilst you sleep. Genius! I know you aren't supposed to take tablets with alcohol, but I'm still here. Let me know how you get on.

as soon as i'm up and feeling the hangover i have a glass of water and then drink chocolate milk - it hydrates and whatever vitamins seem to work magic. for a total turnaround, go for a run and sweat out the booze/toxins. you'll be miserable at first, but back to normal soon enough.

Toast with English Marmite, and a large glass of fruit juice...

Have something salty and stodgy to eat - bacon sandwich usually does the trick. Wash i down with a can of coke - I never usually drink coke - but it does work! Keep moving, if you slob on the sofa you will feel worse. Drink plenty of water and go for a short walk.

Er don't drink so much in the first place!

If you know you had to much to drink, make sure you eat before you go to sleep (eggs and toast are quick, gives you protein and carbs to help absorb the alchohol). The next morning, start with a glass of water and 2 excedrin. Follow with a red bull (or any other energy drink)..it helps to get you moving. Then drink a V-8 (replaces vitamins...if you don't like V-8 take a B-complex vitamin). When you get that down, drink gatorade (replaces fluid lost to dehydration).

hydrate and sleep or that hangover helper

Intense and forced cardio for 20-30 minutes.

Drink a glass of milk before you start, then a shed load of water before going to bed with a couple of paracetamol!
good luck!
