What's the best tasting Vodka?!

SKY VODKA is pretty damn good! i was doing shots of it last night. my next choice would have to be absolute. keep in mind the smoother it goes down, the faster its gonna break your pocket book. lol if you wanna try a flavored vodka i definitely recommend CHERRY 3 OLIVES VODKA, now that **** is the f***ing bomb!

My favorite is Grey Goose. It's the smoothest. It really has no taste as good vodka should and lacks the bite of some of the other brands.

It depends on who you ask and what you are using it for. Personally, I like Ketel 1, but thats when I'm drinking martinis. If I am mixing vodka I will buy smirnoff, because whatever mixer you use will dilute the taste anyway. Smirnoff is actually a wonderful vodka for the price. On a taste test, that was recently done, most people preffered Smirnoff to other top shelf vodkas.
Everyone who is a Vodka snob say's there is a difference, including me.....I like Absolute.
However, vodka does not actually have a taste at all.
What you taste is the water that was used in the distillation process.
I have watched a few shows where they did blind test and no one could tell the difference in the vodkas.
After a few--it's all the same;-)
Stolichnaya is the the best.
Of course, because who knows vodka better than the Russians?
Absolute is very high quality,I have a friend who loves Grey Goose. absolutly good vodkas!!!
Personally I like Grey Goose or Stoli. They are both pretty smooth in comparison to the others. Absolut is pretty good, but not quite as good as Grey Goose and Stoli. Smirnoff is just crap.

My favorite drink is an Absolut and cranberry, I think it mixes very well with that. However, Smirnoff is just fine for me. Anything but Fleishmann's... eww.

Smirnoff has been voted best in blind taste tests. It's kind of funny, in some of these blind taste tests people have said they didn't like a brand then were told afterwards that it was their brand of choice they didn't like. I believe it was Grey Goose. Smirnoff is also cheaper then many of the brands it beat. It may not be the greatest vodka in the world but it's probably the best combination of price, taste and availability.
If you are mixing it with coke etc then it doesn't really matter - it all tastes pretty much the same. If you are drinking it straight then go for a good quality one rather than a shops own label.
