After a couple of beers I'm doing back flips. Can anyone recommend a program to build stamina?!
Answers: Eat before you drink.........drink a glass of water for every beer you drink.......and lay off the gymnastics classes.
Practice my young lad. Just like anything else you wanna get good at you just have to practice.
Get a beer bong...that will force you to drink more!
In all seriousness...tolerance increases as you drink more heavily/frequently. In college, I could down a case of beer with no problem, but it took awhile to get to that point. Make sure you eat before you drink...and don't drink too fast.
It just takes practice. I've been drinking (fairly good amount) for a 2 years and only recently have I noticed that I have built up somewhat of a tolerance.
Of course eating is always helpful.
