Tia Maria?!
Answers: I have been to the supermarket today and bought a bottle of Tia Maria because it was on special offer. What do I mix it with, should it be chilled, do I put ice in it?

Coke is good, with ice

I think it's a little bit like Kaluha. I think some cream or milk or half and half over ice. Or maybe some vodka and definitely over ice.
Just add lots of ice - delicious. In fact, I'm off to get one right now!
my mum used to drink brandy and tia maria mixed with ice. she hated napoleon brandy and would only drink hennessy lol
If you have Bailey's you could have a slippery nipple, Tia Maria and Bailey's.
Or coke and ice.
you can really have it however you like. Tia maria and coke is popular as is having it on its own as a shot (no ice). you don't need to chill it, just keep in the cupboard

Tia maria should be drunk with ice. Some people do mix it with Cokacola and ice. don't chill the bottle just pour over the ice. enjoy

Have a Black Russian.... that's 1 part vodka, 1part Tia maria, ice and filled up with coke. to make a white Russian, substitute the coke for lemonade. Enjoy...
It's nice on it's own with some ice or with some coke added too.
Try a black russian to make it right:-put a glass upside down in the ice bucket for 20 mins then half fill with ice then one large shot of tia maria 1 shot of vodka then top up with coke.
try this on a warm night instead of ice mix up drink as described then add a lump of vanilla ice cream and stir in gently WOW.
Also instead of coke you could use a good cream but dont stir or the cream will split.
Cold nights make a pot of coffee add 5 cap fulls of tia maria 2 of brandy or a good dark rum if that is your tipple pour into a tall glass mug and add good devon cream whipped until it is just stiff but will still pour it will settle on top leave for a few seconds to settle then grind some fresh cinnamon on top and sit back and sip slowly and just chill man chill[sorry my hippy days flashed before my eyes there]
If you are having trouble sleeping you could try this ,put a bottle of stout in a pan[sweetheart stout is the best but any good stout will do even guiness is o/k] warm it up just so it is warm don't boil it or you will be up all night cleaning the oven'once it is warm add 2shots of tia maria per cup and try and drink it all before it goes cold you will have a great kip.
