We are coming from Dallas Texas so a casinoin South OK would be best....

If you're going to be in the Broken Bow/ Idabel area the casino in Broken Bow does. They just opened up a new building and its very nice.
Doubt you will find any alcohol in casinos that are on an Indian reservation, which is pretty common in the US. Plus, beer in Oklahoma has half the alcohol content as it would in other states.
