Does anyone know the recipe for Ruby Tuesday Malted Milkshake Mixed drink?

Ingredients:
? 16 oz. chocolate milk
? 20 malted milk balls
? 1/3 cup hot fudge topping
? 1/4 cup Reese's Shell ice cream topping
? 3 scoops Moose Tracks ice cream
Method:
Put all in blender and puree for thirty seconds to one minute -- just long enough to blend together but not so long as to break up the "shell" topping and all of the malt balls.
Notes:
Getting a bite of the Reese's shell, Moose Track, and/or malted milk ball through the straw is an added treat! I use Mooney's Moose Tracks ice cream.
Then i would add a little either everclear or some other type of grain alcohol because you can't taste it ... but it does the job
