Roncoco Rum recipes??

I picked up a bottle of Roncoco Liqueur, a caribbean rum (coconut obviously) in Puerto Rico last year. The stuff was great and it had two fantastic recipes on the back of the white 750 ml bottle. Unfortunately, a friend threw away my souvenir bottle and I never wrote the drink recipes down! Does anyone have access to them? Or know where/how I can buy a bottle of Roncoco in the US?? I've looked for it all over the place but no luck yet... Thanks!

you can mix a little pineapple juice for a great tasting cocktail!
here's a another drink you may like. i love it...
A Day at the Beach
1/2 oz Amaretto
1 oz Coconut Rum
4 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Grenadine
Shake rum, amaretto, and orange juice in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Add grenadine and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a strawberry.
