India, Canada, Nigeria and many other countries including the US. Guinness produces the flavoring in Ireland and imports that to other countries where it is added to a locally brewed beer.

Nope. It's only brewed in Ireland.
Hate to burst your bubble F C but it has been brewed outside of Ireland since the 1930's.
Guinness is available in many different countries, as for India I am not sure but I would be surprised if you could not find it there, after all it is one of the biggest beer brands in the world.
