How long do blackberries stay good for?!

Question:

How long do blackberries stay good for?

Answers:
very fragile. depends on how long their have been stored prior to purchase and variety. Don't wash until ready to use

Only for a couple of days. As with any berries, do not wash until ready to use. Store in fridge in single layers on paper towels. Check for rotten ones, mold, mushed ones, etc. before using.
Delicious! I used to pick them as a child, ignoring the briars!

Blackberries may be kept fresh in the refrigerator for up to a week, depending upon the initial quality of the berry. After a few days in storage, however, the fruit loses its bright color and fresh flavor and tends to shrivel.

Up to a week, unless you decide to flavor some vodka or rum and put the berries in the bottle. Store in the fridge or freezer for a couple of weeks and then drink the delicious home infused goodness.
