No, I don't... I just get more relaxed and talkative. I'm sorta shy sometimes, and a couple drinks makes me feel more at ease. =)

No but as a former chef, I have learned 4 other languages and have been told after a few to many Guinness's or Triple Zombies I am almost fluent in those 4 languages (French, German, Swedish and Japanese). I am fluent already in English.
True the intoxication does tend to make you feel more invinciable, and that is why people get hurt or in to trouble, they have not inhabitions and tend to feel they can do anything.
