A standard shot is 1 oz. which in most shot glasses is right at that line. Most people/bars serve all the way to the rim of the shot glass which is 1.25 oz.

If you're going by the first example, I have no idea how much is in a full bottle.

If you're going by the second, then about 25-30 shots, as there will be some spillage.
