My guess would be that they use a proprietary mixture that they won't reveal to the public... but I would suggest you cozy up to the bartender at your local franchise and see if they can provide you with a reasonable facsimile. When I was younger, I used to love the way my local Red Lobster made Long Island Iced Teas.... now I make my own from scratch... I might also suggest that there are many Pina Colada recipes that if made from scratch you might actually like BETTER than Red Lobster's.
It might be Coco Lopez Pina Colada mix.. I read it on a red lobster blog somewhere.
