How did I get so hung over?Is there a cure?!

Question: and dont tell me to go to AA

Answers: and dont tell me to go to AA

Leave the light on, I'll do my best to cure you.

Only beginners go to AA

Go to 7eleven and buy a red bull plus a spicy hotdog.

If you dont want to go out just have a couple of alka-seltzer and drink loads of water... also try to eat something sweet for your liver.

Have a Bloody Mary, extra spicy. Or a red eye: beer with V8. Or drink lots and lots of water, eat breakfast and take a tylenol. Or get Alca Seltzer Morning Relief, it really helps.

a hangover is from both dehydration and withdrawal. the more refined the alchohol you drink the less severe the hangover....triple distilled vodka's and the very few 6 time distilled would be the best...If ur a die hard beer drinker, try drinking a gatorade or powerade before going to bed. I also find that vitawater works well too.

Drink A LOT of water. Also taking some sort of pain reliever before you go to bed and right after you wake up helps greatly.

You drank too much, that's how.
Try drinking a glass of ice water in between every 2 or 3 drinks, the night will be cheaper and you won't feel as bad in the morning.
Best hangover remedy I've found:
Before you go to bed take 3-4 aspirin with a glass of water.
The first thing in the morning take 3 Excedrin, 3 aspirin downed with 20oz. or so of water, mix 12oz. of V-8, 1 beer (Budweiser), and AT LEAST TWICE AS MUCH Tabasco or Franks Red Hot (personal fav.) as you would normally use, and drink somewhat slowly.
Then get into a scalding hot shower for at least 30 min.

By the time you dry off and get into your lazy clothes you should be feeling better......if not just wait an hour or so and have another beer.
