What is the best kind of tequila to drink out of the bottle?!

Question:

What is the best kind of tequila to drink out of the bottle?

Answers:
Who can afford tequila these days? All the blue agave was wiped out a few years back, and now the market is cornered by the big distillers. All the good little ones are gone. This used to be a cheap way to get drunk. Now it's all in demand. What a joke.

The real stuff will cost you $60+ for a bottle.

For a reasonable price, Hornitos (now owned by Sauza but used to be an independent) is a pretty good bet. Stick it in the freezer for an hour or so. No salt, no lime.... smooth.

Anejo. Its aged for at least one year. Repasodo is more cost effective though. Its aged, but not as long. My mother prefers Wabo Cabo Repasado. She likes her Tequila with a bit of a Bite.

It has got a hat as the bottle cap. Can't remember the name.

Sauza tequila

Tequilla Rose' on ice expensive, but good, dont drink the whole bottle in one night, though. I once did........not good. It was my birthday. a lot happened.
have you ever tried Tequiza?(sp)
It is a mix of tequilla and corona
very good...comes in 6 packs.
I used to drink tequilla sunrises, they are good.
no clear tequilla is very good straight from the bottle. but Tequilla Rose is...

that would be the one with the worm at the bottom of it. try to get to the worm in one chug.

i like the don julio respasado, that is good, patron is always ok to drink from the bottle its smooth, 1800 is refreshing with lime and salt, or if you have $125 you can get that cuervo la familia that one is awsome

Porfido if you can find it then casadores it's the one with the elk on the label or patron platinum if your a big spender

patron if ur pockets are swole, if not montezuma

Casadores would do it....

how else do you drink tequila out of the bottle is the only way i know unless you are going to be whimpy and pour it in a glass

Cabo-Wabo!!! Its smooth, no need for lemon(or lime) or salt!!! it doesn't have the burn and it has a nice slight vanilla after taste!

It depends on what tastes good to you.

Never ever ever ever buy a tequila called "Miko". Yech.

I prefer reposado to anejo. It isn't quite so strong, and tastes more like tequila than the barrel.

I like Herradura brand reposado, or Milagro brand reposado.

If I am mixing it with something, I love El Jimador, which really isn't very expensive.

These depends a lot on your budget. Just like all other spirits, the price range is incredible.

For me, I wont buy anything less than Sauza Tres generaciones (about $60.00) but some of my favorites are Tequila Chinaco A?ejo (last time I baught a bottle it was $120.00) and El Tesoro de Don Felipe A?ejo. As far as drinking from the bottle, hey that is up to you, is your bottle anyway. LOL

wabo cabo
