Why do i always get sick when i drink?!

Question: i started drinking a few months ago. i had like four beers and i was good. the next time, i went to an open bar and just went nuts and felt horribly nausious in the morning. another time, i just drank a few beers and then a white russian, and i threw it up in the morning. and recently i had five smirnoff ices, puked it all up later, and the next time i had three and a half glasses of vodka and orange juice and the same thing happened. i dont understand...granted im about 120 and it takes nothing (clearly) for me to feel drunk but is there something i dont know to keep me from throwing it up?

Most common cause for throwing up is if you consume alcohol ( More so with spirits ,which has alcohol content of 40 to 50% w/v) AND IRRITATES THE STOMACH LINING! THE WAY TO PROTECT THE STOMACH LINING IS TO CONSUME FOOD BEFOREHAND AND not consume alcohol empty stomach!Vodka unfoortunately can have high alcohol content and the cause of your miseries!

Women per se have a greater predeliction and genetic make up which gets them inebriated more readily than their male counterparts ! The stomach does heal itself provided it does not receive more alcohol loading! It might take 3 to 4 days and you should refrain from irritant food an d stick to bland food and yoghurts etc ! The feeling of sickness and sickness is due to what is poshly termed as 'Acute Gastritis' and if accompanied by loose motions it is called acute gastroenteritis!

Moderation.

Speed... as in don't drink it too fast.

Don't mix milky drinks with fruity drinks... the milk curdles.

Stay away from alcopops they are just plan disgusting.

No your limit.

Drink water during alcohol consumption.

Eat a small amount of non-greasy food.

Your body may be unable to take the amount you are putting in, try it in small amounts and eat some food before you do, if you small and thin you will have it go through your bady very quickly so you could get sick quicker.

dont drink its not healthy and its not safe!

Years of practice....years of practice. Good luck !

You drink too much.
Obviously your sissy body can't handle four measly beers.

see your physician.
Mom couldn't drink either.
Not a prude, it just made her ill.
Turns out later it was her pancreas...
She almost died of pancreatitis.
During her bout with the disease, the medical staff would always ask about her "drinking problem"...
Mom got tired of telling them she didn't drink. she just had pancreatitis.
Please see a professional.
Good Luck!

It appears you have an allergy to alcohol or your body cannot tolerate the levels that your consuming. It is also quite normal that if you mix beer and hard alcohol you will puke in most cases. It is even more common when you mix dairy cocktails and carbonated beverages a beer being one of them. The next morning thing that is normal for most as well it is called a hang over. Stop drinking so much in a small amount of time spread out the amount you drink over a longer period of time this may help like for instance 1 smirnoff every 45-60 minutes.

Really though if you hate the feeling one sure way to stop it
don't drink! You do not have to drink to have a great time.

well one you need to make sure that your not drinking on an empty stomach. two you want to slow down if your downing your drinks really fast. Im 120lbs but i can drink alot. but if i do i feel like crap in the morning and sometimes throw up to. you just gotta learn to slow down, learn your limit. if you drink regularly you build up more of a tolerance and can drink more. Just be careful and learn your limit. give the alcohol time to kick in. It sneaks up on you trust me lol.

Dehydration. Alcohol dehydrates you. Make sure you drink 8 oz of water for every alcoholic drink (1 beer, 1 4oz glass wine, 1 shot, etc). Also, it will irritate your stomach if you drink without eating. Remember that alcohol is a toxin and some people's bodies aren't able to recover as quickly. Drink lots of water and make sure to eat!
