Anywhere from around $20 - $50, depending on where you are. NoVa is more expensive, but southern and/or more rural areas (think Blacksburg, Richmond, etc.) have them for $20 or less.
My wife pays about 19 for Pall Mall

Outside Harrisonburg
In northern VA outside the beltway they run about $30-$32 for Marlboros.
About $40.00 for name brand. $35.00 for generic.
