My best and most generous tip I reserve for the first drink of the night. That will guarantee that the bartender will pay attention to you the second you step up to the bar, regardless of the bartender's gender, since female bartenders generally tend to pay attention to male customers first. After that first drink, I still tip as much as expected, but not as well as the first time. If at the end of the night, I have gotten exemplary service, I will give another good tip. Of course, if I am drunk by the end of the night (something I try to avoid), I kind of lose track of my mathematical abilities. With any luck, I'm not buying the drinks anyway!

Yes i do... In fact, i will tip more when i'm drunk... Much much more...

No, I tip my bartenders well all through the night. Having worked in a bar I really dislike people who don't tip till the end of the night or better yet the people who think that just because they got a cheap domestic beer that they don't need to tip at all.

my bf tips less when he's drunk too... i dunno why.. sometimes he wont tip anything so i have to do it if our waiter did a good job... !

Actually I tip better when I have only had a few. Sometimes I forget to tip when I am drunk.

TIP
YOUR SUPPOSED TO TIP THOSE GIRLS.
DAMN NO WONDER THEY NEVER LET ME BACK INTO THE SAME BAR
