How to get rid of beer belly?!

Question: YOU NEED TO LAY OFF THE BEER, DUDE! How do you think it got it's name. Beer has a huge amount of calories, and most people don't usually go for a run after drinking 6. If you MUST drink the beer, switch to a "light" version which has less calories. Drink a glass of water between each beer, and when you start not to feel so bloated and lazy, get your *** off the couch and go for a walk, jog, bike ride or anything that will get your heart pumping. Eat less fats, and YES you gotta do some sit-ups. If all else fails, switch to vodka...or buy bigger clothes. Good luck!

Start doing sit-ups, eat a proper diet, and stop drinking so much beer.

exercise....is my answer, babbyycakes.

take away all the beer and lock it away and only let them drink on special occasions and make the person work out and eat healthy and like someone already said, stop drinking so much.

Years back I worked at a bar, and we all sat around drinking after closing. I got really flabby around my waistline also. You need to cut back on the beer and do sit ups.

Quit drinking beer

stop doing 12 ounce curls and do some real exercise!

stop drinking beer....

cut carbs out. drink scotch instead of beer

easy strop drinking BEER

Check out manswers.com. This TV show says beer is not the cause of a belly commonly called a beer belly, they say the cause is when you get to drinking later on you decide to EAT bad food. it isn't the beer it is the eating. Beer belly is just what someone named it for a excuse of why they were carrying a keg around with them! Check it out! Drink some beer while you watch. lol

Diet and exercise. There are no shortcuts. Spot exercise builds muscle; it doesn't reduce a beer belly any more than equivalent exercise of other parts of the body. It can, however tighten up the sagging abdominals.

stop drinking while your in the process of loosing weight.
go to the nearest gym or something and do some ab's.
like sit ups, planks, etc. it's due to your liver expanding.
so it might take a little more time to work off then just
regular fat.
