What vodka is better: Absolut or Pravda?!

Neither, unless you're getting it for mixed drinks. In that case get Abslolut. If you want something for real drinkers get Get Grey Goose or if you want the best get with that Ciroc Vodka, it tastes amazing.

Absolut is crap, if you want to go for vodka I prefer SKYY myself. Never had Pradva but I would think it's the better choice.

pravdatastes better and has a nicer bottle but both are far inferior to skyy and it its pretty cheap bout $20 per 750ml
