I recently went to italy and was given a beautiful cocktail...?!

Question: The ingredients: "Amaretto", "calhau", "Baileys" and "creme de latte".

I have been searching for these ingredients (except Baileys as i already have it) but am unable to find them. I suspect because i was in Italy at the time they may be called different names?

is there and other names for these?

The Cocktail was called a "Cold Cappuccino" if that helps :)

The highest grade amaretto here is Disaronno.. I think is how it's spelled... and it's very good... The baileys is a creame de latte... it's just spiked milk... And the calhau- is Kahlua... which is a coffee liqour...lol... Then add a heavy or dark coffee drip shake and there yah go....

Kahlua is very common, it's a coffee-flavored liqueur. Dark bottle, yellow label and island-style writing.

Amaretto is also very common (look for Disaronno - square bottle, but it also comes in a variety of brands).

I'm not sure what creme de latte might be... maybe additional coffee flavoring?

you will be able to find Amaretto and Kahlua at any liquor store. i have never personally heard of creme de latte you would have to ask at the liquor store. you might be able to use creme de cocoa though. good luck

I'm sure if you mixed Amaretto, Kahlua, bailey's and milk it would taste almost the same or try:

Amaretto + Kahlua + bailey's + starbucks coffee liqueur + milk

you can find Amaretto, Kahlua and Bailey's in the LCBO or liquor store, also they sell starbucks coffee liqueur in canadian liquor stores I dont know about the U.S. though
