I actually just had a bottle about a month ago.

I paired it with a Kobe beef carpaccio with a very light honey almond vinagrette.

Also very good with Toro (fatty tuna) sashimi. Expensive but good. The fattyness of the meat melts in your mouth and pairs with the sweetness of this bottle.

I must say I usually drink very dry sake but this was actually pretty enjoyable.
