Answers: Get a sandwich toaster, make cheese and onion, or tomatoe sandwiches and put them in the toaster

Cheese hamwiches,oven chips,beans and bread and butter!

spaghetti bolognese. Easy peasy and very filling
spaghetti bolognese...throw your chopped onion,mushrooms and garlic into a pan to fry. brown your mince in a little oil in another pan.Throw your onions etc into the pan with the mince and add a jar of bolognese sauce. leave to simmer while you put your spaghetti on to cook...yum. Shouldnt take any longer than about an hour.
Corned Beef Hash
Fried onion, mashed potatoes, coupla cans of corned beef. Bung in the oven, bit of grated cheese on top - sorted

get them to amke their own pizza's! just need 3 bases some tomatoe puree and cheese and bits like ham, sliced sausege etc!
Cheesy pasta? Y'know the stuff that comes in boxes? It's really quick and easy to make and with some tomato ketchup, it's awesome! Or what about buying some pizzas?

Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Lightly butter the outside of the sandwiches. Warm up a pan on the stove. Add a couple of drops of olive oil. Place the sandwich in the pan, check to make sure you don't burn it. Flip. Brown the other side. Serve.
Tomato soup: warm up canned soup in a saucepan, pay attention to the package direction. Most of them are condensed, you'll have to add equal part water. Alternately, you can place the soup in a microwave safe container and simply warm in the microwave.

A big bowl of pasta with a nice sauce and some crusty french bread !! easy as 123 !!

get a pack of diced turkey peices,not expensive,2 tins of cambells condensed chicken and mushroom soup,tin of sweetcorn in water , and bag of wild basmati rice.
cook meat,add soups,and sweetcorn,bit milk salt pepper if want cook rice,then serve,just done it for my tribe lol easy cheap and tasty!

Seriously though - pasta twirls, a Ragu tomato sauce and say tuna chunks mixed in is quick, cheap, tasty and easy - believe me - I'm a lad!
