The most common way that I know of is using tequila, because then you have the salt and lime...you lick the person on the stomach or chest, (or rub it with the lime wedge) sprinkle on some salt, have them hold a lime wedge in their mouth, then you lick the salt off, slam the shot, and suck the lime out of their mouth! sexy...
