I think it would be very hard to find Everclear in a bar! I don't know what the strongest drink is but I would like Everclear is up there. I think that you're going about this birthday thing all wrong though. Getting drunk can be a lot of fun, but getting walled feels like garbage that night and FORGET the next day! You should find a drink that lets you maintain an even buzz all night, without killing you too much the next day. I think it's different for everyone but the general rules are:
1. Beer before liquor, never sicker. (which may not even be true)
2. Avoid sugary drinks. The hangover isin't worth it!
3. Don't mix too many kinds of drinks ie rye with corn (whiskey and vodka)
4. After every shot, drink some water!!
Everclear is illegal in some states...umm im not sure if u can get it in a bar...but the strongest drink would be moonshine..but i dont think u will be able to get it...the best drink is up to experiment...i prefer most hard liqour straight or on the rocks

The strongest drink you are likely to get in a bar is 151 proof rum. The Demerara River rum is pretty good. However, might I suggest starting with something a tad less alcoholic? That way, you can enjoy drinking a lot longer. And stick with one thing all night. You will have plenty of opportunities to experiment and there's no point in getting sick to do so.
We can order it in a bar in Oklahoma. We used to order Blue M.F.er's (to be polite). It was nothing more than a shot of Everclear with a couple of drops of some blue liquer in it.
We also used to order a shot called Pit Bull on Crack. It was a shot with equal parts Everclear, Tequila, Jaegermister (sp?), and Jack Daniels. I was usually drank by someone who had lost a bet.
