What about Pimms Winter with apple juice? It's light enough to drink all day but has that fuzzy warming effect you don't get with the summer pimms.

a fifth of Southern Comfort, a fifth of amaretto, 1/2 a fifth of jack daniels mixed with pineapple juice and sprite. it is delicious served chilled :)
