Does anybody know of a tequila that's NOT made in Mexico?!

Question:

Does anybody know of a tequila that's NOT made in Mexico?

Answers:
Technically it can't be called tequila if it's not made in Mexico - similar to Champagne, Cognac, etc. Anything produced outside of Jalisco and designated regions of Guanajuato, Michoacan, Nayarit and Tamaulipus is called an Agave Spirit.

ya i do... its a homemade tequila

I tasted one that was made in Italy. It was very nasty.

JB Wagoners

um...NO the good **** is made there sorry.

Patron is located in Las Vegas. Could be produced in Mexico but is the best tequila out there!!!

Real tequila is from Mexico only. Anything made outside of Mexico using the agave plant can not be called tequila but would be called Agave liquor.
