Answers: I want to use Jack Dainels or Vodka or any blended whiskey

It is called Cocito

6 eggs
1 can of coconut milk
2 cans of condensed milk
3 cans of evaporated milk
1 tablespoon of vanilla
rum

Put in a blender at high cool and serve cold

Chocolate martini (Vodka)

3 ounces of freezing Absolut Pepar vodka
2 ounces of White Creme de Menthe
1 tablespoon of Peppermint Schnapps
1 ounce of Godiva Dark Chocolate Liqueur
1 Starlight mint
2 freezing martini glasses
The mix

Add your vodka, Creme de Menthe, and Starlight mint to a cocktail shaker 1/2 full of ice and let the shaker stand for a minute.
Give ten good shakes, and add your Godiva Chocolate Liqueur and give another fifteen shakes.
Strain your cocktail into the martini glasses.
Top each glass with half of the Peppermint Schnapps.

Egg Nog... it's been THE drink for years.

Here's a great Christmas quaff. It's referenced in Dicken's "A Christmas Carol", when Scrooge says, "...and we will discuss your affairs this very afternoon, over a Christmas bowl of smoking bishop, Bob!"

Smoking Bishop
Synonymous with Christmas, this is not a clergyman with a cigar. The name comes from the deep purple color, similar to the shade a Bishop would wear.

6 Seville oranges
Whole cloves
1 750 ml bottle dry red wine
1/2 cup sugar
1 750 ml bottle ruby port

Bake the oranges in a 350F oven for 20 minutes, or until browned. Stick cloves into the oranges and place in a large, non-reactive bowl. Pour the wine over the oranges, and place in a warm area for 24 hours. Squeeze the juice from the oranges into the wine, and pour mixture into a heavy saucepan. Add the sugar and port and heat until "smoking", but do not allow to come to a boil. Serve immediately.

If you can't get Seville oranges, use 5 navel oranges and one grapefruit instead.

Holiday Punch

2-48 oz. (1.36 L) cans pineapple juice
1-40 oz. (1.14 L) bottle cranberry juice
2-750 mL bottles soda water
1 litre strawberry, raspberry or lime sherbet

Optional
1? oz. Vodka
(for an individual cocktail)

Directions
In a punch bowl, mix juices. Pour in soda water. Top with scoops of sherbet.

Makes about 16 1-cup servings.

For an individual cocktail, add 1? oz. of vodka.

Vodka and Red Bull. Always good and never disappoints.
Good times!!!
