Going to a bbq this weekend...BUT?!

Question:

Going to a bbq this weekend...BUT?

am on a diet, can anyone tell me what low cal alcoholic drinks i can take with me?

Answers:
Vodka is the alcholic beverage with least calories. Mix it with diet coke or cranberry juice (basically something low or 0 sugar) ... there is a reason why the girls in Sex in the City drink Cosmopolitans (Vodka, lime, cranberry juice) - because it is the lowest calorie cocktail.

that new carling 2% beer

low carb beers only save a couple of calories. its the alcohol in the beer that is calorific

if you dont drink beer, have spirits and mixers but dont make the drinks too strong and use diet mixers.

They do low sugar alcopops
Or u could take something like vodka and a low calorie mixer. Diet coke or tonic water?
Hope this helps.
Also weight watchers make wine so u could take a bottle of that with u.

any spirit with diet coke, or wine and slimline soda

All alcohol is a bit heavy on the calories -- but diluting it helps. Find a low cal mixer or take a drink you can mix with water.

low calory alcohol... well my PE teacher is super trim and all he takes is spirits... beer is too fattening, so try and stick to anything that is a spirit... and you should be fine... gd luck with the BBQ its meant to be raining all weekend...

stick to spirts with low cal pop/soda

*Half sugar Bacardi Breezers
*Wine and diet lemonade to make spritzers
*Clear spirits and any low-cal mixer

Bubbly mineral water over ice with a twist of lemon and a mint sprig..... just tell everyone you downing G&T's.
If you to drink and don't want calories then imbibe water. All the crap put into low-cal soft drink cannot be good for you.

Vodka with low calories / sugar free lemonade or coke.

Tastes just as nice as the full fat stuff, but a lot less empty calories.
