Men Wine Drinkers?!
Answers: What do you think of men who drink fine wine?
I think a fine wine is as a good as a fine beer if not better. I enjoy all types of alcohol and have always enjoyed the differences and tastes that each wine has and that aging them refines those tastes. Being a low alcohol beverage that can be aged for decades I would say wine is a marvel and a delight to consume. I have tried cheap wines that have blown my mind and even compared to more expensive wines some of the cheaper ones have won out. Not for the buzz but for the flavour the crispness or the sweetness and the undertones of the multiple flavours that wines exhibit like
wood, fruits, spices, and all from the the mastery of the wine makers and there gift.
I think if you can enjoy a fine wine you are no less of a man then someone that consumes only beer or hard liquor.
It just means that you like finer things in life and enjoy surprising your palate.
Appreciates a man who appreciates a fine vintage.
Men have been drinking wine as long if not longer than beer. Through history men have cultivated and created the grapes and manufactured wine. Wine is great for drinking with food or with a member of the opposite sex, it's soothes and is a nice buzz. Trust me I am a Guinness drinker by trade, but wine all wines are as different as any girl or individual you may meet and the right ones will give you a nice buzz, too. As rule, I started drinking water through the night if I was going to drink a lot of wine because it can give you a cracking head-ache. But like anything good there is a downside. I love Gin, Tequila, Rum anything but wine offers the most amount of variety at great prices. Pick up a $10 Pinot Noir and a pizza for a date and a movie. Experiment (with the wine, the steamwear...it's a culture unto itself). And I would consider no man less than any man if the world if he did not enjoy wine--it's a buzz unlike any other and like any pitcher in baseball can throw a good change up. Best of luck!
As long as they don't gulp it, or wax poetic about the bouquet and aroma and act pretentious, I think it shows refinery, taste, and sophistication.
I think fine wine is just like good beer or good cider. Different drinks for different occasions.
Well, I'm a man and I've studied the grape for over 30+ years, its my passion (next to women). There are just so many types, variations, derivatives, good and bad. Its like a great exploration that never ends and in the process, you discover that not all things pricey are great and a lot of overlooked stuff is pretty damn good and not pricey!
At the end of the day, your nose and taste buds are the best judges of good wine, but do explore, it is fun.
