What spirits aren't recommended for the freezer?!

Question: anything not clear? bourbons, brandy, scotches?

Answers: anything not clear? bourbons, brandy, scotches?

I have put all of those plus whiskey in my freezer ( I have a bottle of Jack in there right now). The only ones you should be careful of are Bailey's Irish Cream, Kahlua, wine or anything else that says it should not be kept in temps below 65 or something. Other than that, you can freeze pretty much any hard liquor.

only Vodka and Ice Wine in the freezer

Anything that has a low alcohol content. It could freeze and thereby break the glass. Any heavy liquor is safe, rum, vodka, etc.

Clear/not clear is a rather good rule of thumb, but there are exceptions. White rum is best left out of the freezer, but any tequilla you will be shooting is best kept chilled. Anything less than 80 proof should be kept in a cupboard or maybe the fridge, they could begin to form icicles in the freezer; for example, goldschlager is great kept in the freezer, but most schnapps are not that strong and would be better off left out.

anything with less than 35% alcohol would freeze and probably break bottle, i said LESS than 35%,learn english,my friend

You freeze any liquor but generally speaking nothing less than 50 proof or 25% alcohol or it will freeze solid. Also nothing that's enjoyed room temperature like Single Malt Scotch, Brandy or Cognac, and yes most whiskey. Vodka, Tequila, and Jagermeister come to mind as my favorites to keep in the freezer.

Sorry ole man Jagermeister is only 35% alcohol and it doesn't freeze or break the bottle you are mistaken

Thanks for changing it ole man.

Originally you said 39% liar take it like a man ole man
