Bar mixers question?!

Question:

Bar mixers question?

I am trying to calculate how much "bar mixers" to buy for a wedding reception.

The couple will have approximately 140 guests, and they will purchase 33 - half gallons of liquor.

For mixers, we will have Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Coke, Gingerale, Grapefruit, & Pineapple Juice. We just don't know how much of each to purchase.

Can someone tell me a website where I can find this information? Thanks in advance!

Answers:
The average drink, with a mixer has about 4 oz of mixer.

Take a screwdriver, you put in 1 1/2 oz of vodka and 3-4oz of OJ.

Below is what I would get, and you should be fine:

3 gals OJ
3 gals Cran
4 2 liters of Coke
2 2 liter of Ginger Ale
I container of Grapefruit
2 containers of Pineapple

I would also add some Tonic, in case people want Vodka Tonics, and I would add some Sour Mix in case people want Amaretto sours, Whiskey Sours, Margaritas, or other drinks.

Have fun!

Private bartender for weddings and parties.

Ask the liquor store - they really are good at this stuff.

Assume that each guest will have 2 mixed drinks and 4 beers.

SPECS Online -- The one stop wine, spirits, cigar and a whole lot more store.

NO.BUT DO YOU KNOW HOW TO MAKE A LIQUOR CALLED PINK VOKA?

i would double jas2_dm's suggestion only because not only will people drink at weddings, but kids as well will want things to drink so having extra coke and oj is good to accommodate them.

Also i would recommend some other sodas, including diet coke and regular plain sode, since its a good mixer with vodka.
