Should wine be served only in Crystal glasses?!

Question:

Should wine be served only in Crystal glasses?

Answers:
I've not had a problem catching a buzz from vino sipped from the finest of jelly jars......
Although I admit it does lack the panache and atmosphere....

Nah, who can afford that? I have regular glass wine glasses and the wine tastes just as good.

It doesn't have to be. I've served wine in plastic wine glasses for hot tub parties. Crystal is prettier, but it's all the same.

Only if u rich. lol if u ghetto drink it out a damn plastic cup.

Only if you have a real Crystal Chandelier in the entry hall, living and dining rooms.

If you want elegance, crystal is the only way to go. I think the key is "glass." A jelly glass, crystal, and everything in between means the wine will taste like the wine. Plastic glasses may tend to change the flavor of the wine, but if you drink it from the plastic as quickly as possible ...

not unless you are royalty or something, hell wine is good out of a mason jar if it is good wine!

No. Some people drink wine at every meal. But crystal is something you reserve for special occasions. To require crystal with wine would be too high a standard.
